These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WriteAir website and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

WriteAir provides tools for generating written content using artificial intelligence. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Service.

2. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the text, prompts, or data you input into our system ("User Content") and for the output generated ("Generated Content").

You agree that:

• You will not upload or request content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringing on any third-party rights.

• You will not use the Service to create or disseminate fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive material.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of WriteAir or its licensors.

Generated Content is licensed to you for personal or business use, but WriteAir retains the right to store and analyze content for service improvement unless stated otherwise in our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments & Refunds

Certain features or content may be offered as paid services. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Meshulam).

We do not guarantee refunds once a letter or document has been generated. If you believe there was an issue, contact support.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WriteAir does not guarantee that the content generated will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WriteAir will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
